UK Coffee Week runs from the 10–16th April 2017 with thousands of coffee shops celebrating the culture of coffee and raising funds for a good cause. Here’s what you need to know:
What is UK Coffee Week?
UK Coffee Week is a nationwide fundraising campaign which actively encourages coffee establishments to raise money for Project Waterfall – a charity focused on bringing clean water to coffee growing communities around the world.
This year, thousands of coffee shops in the UK are participating in UK Coffee Week at their own establishment from big chains to smaller independents. Batch & Co, Federation Coffee and Second Shot are only a few of the independents participating. If you’d like to find and support your local coffee shop involved in UK Coffee Week, click here.
Why Should You Participate?
UK Coffee Week is a fantastic opportunity for food and drink businesses to celebrate the coffee culture within the UK and to highlight their involvement for a noteworthy cause. Whether you’re a coffee shop, restaurant or bar, UK Coffee Week can help to raise awareness and exposure for your business.
How You Can Get Involved
Businesses who wish to participate must pay a £25 registration fee which will cover the cost of quality branded material sent out by the UK Coffee Week team. The team will also provide marketing support to help highlight your business and your unique coffee experience. Read more here.
