State your unique selling point and how this will benefit both your employees and customers.

A credible statement is one that is truthful and authentic.

Your statement should inspire both employees and customers and be central to your company’s culture and identity.

  1. Precise

Company objectives should be very clearly and simply outlined.

  1. Vision

Your vision should identify where the organisation aims to be positioned in the future to help guide the company in the right direction. It should describe dreams and aspirations.

  1. Goals

Goals should be feasible, attainable and realistic. An achievable statement is fundamental to engaging your employees, motivating them to work together towards a common goal.
